On this episode of 2 White Lights, I interviewed one of the best 74 kg lifters in the world, Michael Seay (@maseayjr) and we discussed his hair being nicer than Taylor Atwoods, his wild week at USAPL Raw Nationals where he suffered an injury during the meet, cutting his chin during out of meet testing, and witnessing his girlfriend, Jasmyn Penn get robbed of a gold position on her final deadlift. Michael also described what exactly happened during his injury, how he got into powerlifting/fitness, the progression of the lifters in the sport, staying competitive, his future plans (meets/numbers), and “word association”.
