On this episode of 2 White Lights, I had on the show the best 83 kg lifter in the USAPL and IPF, Russel Orhii (@russwole). Russ discussed if he was comfortable and if he agreed with the label "the face of USAPL", the cancellation of Sheffield, his performance at Raw Nationals, the next meet he has in mind, and if he would ever leave the USAPL for another federation. We also discussed his ventures as a powerlifting/fitness entrepreneur along with his frustrations with powerlifters claiming they don't chase "clout". Russ also gave one piece of advice to young lifters, we play "FMK", and "Word Association".
